Silver Creek Project
Historic Downtown Ripon

The City of Ripon is searching for a developer to construct the Silver Creek Project, a mixed use commercial/residential development site located along Silver Creek in Historic Downtown Ripon. The proposed Silver Creek project would feature first floor commercial space, underground parking, and 20 two bedroom residential units on the upper floors.

The property formerly housed the Haas Brewery, a three story facility that operated from 1884 through prohibition, and was most recently a production facility for Smucker's.
